• Oversees day-to-day monitoring and implementation of equipment’s preventive and corrective maintenance (Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary/Plumbing, CCTVs, UPS, Fire Detection and Alarm Systems) to ensure the safety and its functionality.• Conducts daily inspection, maintenance and repair of the building’s facilities.• Conducts monthly and quarterly audit of the electrical, building, carpentry and mechanical supplies.• Handles manning of Facilities technician’s schedule.• Monitor, analyze and report daily, weekly, monthly and yearly consumption of utilities and implements effective conservation initiatives.• Handles Facilities improvement projects and other installation requests from production and other business units.• Work with the Vendors, Contractors and to the Real Estate and Site Operations Staff to achieve facilities goals and objectives.
