Manage all corporate aspects of the marketing and business development department, keeping the integrity of the company. Performs a variety of tasks and is responsible for developing marketing programs for all companies under MLHC. Job Duties:- Maintain current marketing plans for MLHC, Placer Title Company, NCS Exchange Professionals, North Idaho Title, Montana Title and Escrow, Wyoming Title & Escrow, and Short Sale Advantage.- Maintain purchasing and ordering for the warehouse and the company store- Assist and oversee in the production and implementation of all marketing campaigns, including direct mail, target marketing, promotions, etc.- Responsible for creating marketing standards and a corporate identity for all MLHC companies- Maintain the websites for all MLHC companies- Oversee all advertising- Oversee all marketing resource products- Coordinate trade shows and sales rallies- Corporate liaison for press needs and public inquiries

Overview: Manage daily crew and story assignments, deal with logistics, monitor the wires and scanner, and keep up with local contacts. A key figure during the morning and afternoon meetings during which stories were selected. Maintained daily file which contained press releases, story ideas, reminders of follow-ups and scheduled events, (such as court cases, public meetings) and contact information about events. During each news meeting, contibuted materials/list of potential stories and chose stories to cover with with reporters, photographers, News Director, Producers, and Executive Producer. Time management and logistics, making sure selected stories were covered efficiently with the available staff. Made crew assignments and maintained an assignment board of the status of each crew. Monitored scanners and used discretion to dispatch crews for stories.Responsible for beat calls, checking with local police departments. Received viewer phone calls and story ideas.
