Talent Acquisition Specialist
Current- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.- Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the position.- Coordinate and schedule interviews with Team Leads,Hiring Managers and clients.- Applications follow ups- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.- Utilize applicant tracking systems to track candidate progress and manage recruitment data.- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, including onboarding activities.- In charge of the intern "Referrals Program"- Administer comprehensive assessment tests to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for roles. - Evaluate candidates' English proficiency level- Analyze results and provide insights to hiring managers for informed decision-making
