Als Medewerker Bedrijfsbureau bereid je alle technische en organisatorische details van projecten voor en begeleid je de uitvoering op administratief vlak. De werkzaamheden zullen hoofdzakelijk bestaan uit het verzorgen van de werkvoorbereiding, het inkopen van alle voorkomende projectzaken, het bewaken van meer/minderwerk, het verzorgen van de benodigde planningen, het onderhouden van contacten met alle betrokken partijen, het beheren van projectdossiers. Je draagt ook zorg voor het administratieve traject rond de in- en uitstroom van medewerkers; het bewaken van termijnen van onder andere arbeidsovereenkomsten en leasecontracten; het verzamelen en controleren van alle mutaties en bijbehorende stukken welke noodzakelijk zijn voor een correcte en tijdige salaris- en personeelsadministratie; de crediteurenadministratie en debiteurenbeheer en de facturatie. Ter ondersteuning van de directie of het management verricht je algemene secretariële werkzaamheden. Tot je werkzaamheden behoort veelal ook het aannemen, behandelen en/of doorverwijzen van algemeen gerichte binnenkomende telefoon-, fax- en e-mailberichten op commercieel gebied; het uitvoeren van receptiewerkzaamheden; het administreren en verwerken van de inkomende en uitgaande correspondentie en het notuleren van diverse vergaderingen. Functie was specifiek opgezet voor de assemblage van Philips- en ASML producten (fijn electronica) die bij Azteco onder opdracht van Strok Industrial Electronics uitbesteed werden.Nevenactiviteit: Structuur opzetten van productassemblage binnen het Axapta ERP systeem .
