- Played a central role in enhancing the user’s Siri experience by transcribing audio files and evaluating Siri’s response and language usage in Mexican Spanish, US Spanish, Chilean Spanish and US English.- Created and taught a voluntary orthography workshop during the Siri Annotation Spanish Team certification process to 6 Spanish associates who did not have technical knowledge of Spanish grammar. This workshop assisted in their understanding of Spanish orthography and helped these associates obtain their certification.

- Chosen to represent the Spanish Department of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona at the Macau University of Science at technology as a Spanish Lecturer for one semester.- Researched and created the syllabus utilized to teach my two assigned courses.- Taught Spanish Audio-Visual to a class of 35 university Freshman and Sophomores. My precise handling of both languages, Spanish and English contributed to the student’s success. The class had a 95% passing rate.- Lecturer of Spanish Culture course to 42 university Juniors and Seniors. My literature and cultural academic education provided the necessary knowledge the class needed to obtained a 90% passing rate.

- Main transcriber in charge of designing new procedures that guaranteed quicker turnaround times for our products.
