• Processing all over the counter transactions, including all money loading/bill paying services, returns, post-voids, price modifications, etc• Verifying the authenticity of all dollar bills• Processing & fulfilling all photo orders, ensuring proper maintenance is performed on all photo equipment, responsible for all materials & supplies in photo dept• Ensuring all online pickup orders are completed & are handed off correctly• Completing all price changes, cycle counts, quick picks, & date code checks of all system generated items• Replacing all expired promo labels biweekly, & all expired OTC healthcare eligible item labels once every year• Checking in all vendors & UPS customer dropoffs through the RF unit• Processing all final dispositioned items through the RF unit, as either damages, returns-for-credits, product withdrawals, donations, or trash• Performing a count for all the register’s tills & including all checks/expected cash overages as part of a nightly deposit• Running a final DCR at the end of the business day, & printing/reviewing the cashier analysis report for any red flags/discrepancies • Staging the stockroom area to receive the weekly truck delivery from the distribution center, & working all product to the correct location on the sales floor• Working all overstock product from stockroom to its correct location, according to the CFR program, which rotates between 4 different product sections, & ensuring a monthly balance on hand accuracy scan is performed for the current month’s section• Participating in weekly conference calls• Ensuring the sanitation & presentation of all areas of the sales floor & bathrooms, including the straightening/facing of all aisles & shelves• Updating all existing planograms to the up to date versions to reflect current trends• Setting up any displays or floor stands, & decorating the sales floor for any seasonal events• Completing all weekly armed transport cash pick-ups & change order requests

• Providing excellent customer service first & foremost• If closing, ending the terminal/system POS business day & counting the till overages, making a final deposit & safe count, resetting all terminal values, & running the end of day software• Re-facing the store before the end of every business day & ensuring the aisles/shelves are neat & organized for the next day• Ensuring alarm is engaged & front & back doors are locked & back door sealed with door tag• Performing a daily report from the previous night & checking cashier activity reports• Completing all counts & SAP reports• Ringing up all customers & processing/authorizing all void outs, returns, & cash pickups• Completing all change orders through Loomis on delivery days• Completing a twice daily FedEx inventory of all packages & handling all FedEx Ground & Express driver & customer drop offs/pick ups• Processing all photo orders through our photo department & ensuring proper maintenance is performed on all photo equipment; ordering all materials & supplies• Taking down all sales tags every weekend & putting up all new ones for the correct product by Sunday evening• Printing any mylar price sheets required for missing products, printing weekly ad promo signs, printing the daily price change batches• Checking in all vendors with the RF unit, unloading all trucks on delivery dates, & working all products into either the shelves or the overstock bays in the stockroom• Completing all curbside orders within 30 minutes• Completing all planogram resets/revisions• Performing 2 temp logs, once at closing & once at opening, of all coolers/freezers in building• Completing all weekly & daily out-of-date merchandise checklists• Checking ID for anyone attempting to purchase specific cough & cold OTC medicines, tobacco, or alcohol• Performing all PayPal, Cash App, & Chime card reloads according to Walgreens procedures
