• Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data• Reconcile the accounts payable to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.• Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements• Generate reports detailing accounts payables status• Understand expense accounts and cost centers

• Place daily purchase orders based on budget and sell through data• Pull reports on a weekly basis that shows inventory and accounts payable while collaborating with the accounting department on any additional reporting needs• Oversee Inventory Manager and inventory processing• Manage vendor communication in conjunction with purchasing team and accounting team• Manage vendor term agreements• Manage inventory levels at the store and ensure accurate product is in store to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction• Manage transfer of inventory through METRC

• Project management for monthly and quarterly customer appreciation events.• Maintain statistical and financial records.• Respond to customer queries and complaints.• Oversee purchasing, promotions, pricing and stock control.• Maximize profitability of operations.• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation• Coordinate events and prepare promotional assets.• Operate as a conduit to upper management.• Protect company assets and minimize loss• Develop standards and operating procedures and ensure that they are met, including workplace safety, inventory control, and loss prevention.• Create an environment that inspires and encourages positivity, productivity and accountability.
