Territory Management:- Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives.- Identify and prioritize key accounts, including newly built neighborhoods, builders, contractors, and remodelers.- Conduct regular visits and build strong relationships with decision-makers to understand their needs and preferences.2. Sales and Business Development:- Promote Kent Moore Cabinets' products and services to generate new business opportunities.- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings and value proposition.- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.3. Customer Relationship Management:- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.- Anticipate customer needs and proactively recommend solutions to enhance their experience and drive loyalty.- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of orders and projects.4.
