About Alec Goff

I am a graduate of the University of Florida. I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Microbiology and Cell Sciences with a Minor in Business Administration. I worked in an environmental horticulture lab for 3 years at the University of Florida under Dr. Paul Fisher. I was a microbiologist conducting experiments of water quality and water analysis. Later I transitioned to running and managing indoor controlled environment horticulture growing projects. I built and grew indoor controlled environments that focused and ornamental and specialty plants. I worked in the service industry for a few months as a bartender/server and caterer. I was able to have a creative outlet and develop my own bar menu that was used at the restaurant.
