Worked my way from Deckhand on an Oyster 82 yacht to Captain on a 56m Perini. My career in yachting has allowed me to circumnavigate the globe twice and lean the highest levels of service and management. Human management when you are in an office environment is one thing. To live, eat and work with your team and learn how to manage all expectations, team to the owners is a level to which many would struggle. I enjoyed all elements of my role's within the yachting industry and use the skills learned to my advantage.
