Service Truck Operator (Flat bed) Duties include- Delivery of consumables and mining equipment from surface to different working levels and workshops underground.- Removal of unserviceable mining equipment and rubbish (e.g. poly pipe, workshop bins and oil pods).- Deliver, refill and maintain product levels at shotcrete chemical bay.- Deliver and empty water to underground crib room- Pump sewage pods at underground toilets.- Explosive runs from surface magazine to underground magazine.- Anfo runs for Dyno Noble to underground magazine.Service Crew, duties include;- Install, extend and removal of services poly (e.g. air water and pump line).- Installation of ventilation fans, cans and vent bag (protan and standard), and also run knocker lines.- Run jumbo and solo cables.- Set up headings for jumbo (e.g. mesh, bolts,plates and resin).- Prepare solo drill holes for charging.- Prepare bomb poly for charging of hung up stopes.- Installation and removal of pumps from sumps and flooding work places.-Install spray lines in crosscuts and watering down of crosscuts manually before bogging.-I install and maintain mining equipment in order to attain productivity while doing this I ensure safety is maintained at all times.- complete several different tasks on any given shift, these are not planned but I do them as quickly and safely as possible to keep the mine operating.-I am competent in using the right tool for the job and if unsure of a task I will asked for help/direction before attempting any job.-I am competent with Cap Lamp Signals.-I have worked as Nipper,offsiding Jumbos,setting up headings,topping up oils on both Jumbos and Solos for close to 6 months.-I have assisted Charge-up Crew when needed.

-Building of transportables including prep-schools, mining camps, parked cabins, site offices, houses and toilet and shower blocks.-Liaise and coordinate with other trades (plumbers, electricians, floor coverers, painters, welders, refridgeration mechanic) and organises materials needed to perform work with store persons.-Installation of various flooring materials such as shot edge decks, ply, and CFC.-Internal sheeting of buildings using various materials such as gyprock, ply, lamipanel, MDF, fibro and mini-orb).-Erection of roof trusses, ladder trusses, grated perlins timber and metal Roofing, gutters, downpipes and flashing.-Timber and metal framing.-Work with aluminium and foam panel..-Installation of windows, doors, fitting of security screens..-Internal fitouts such as hanging doors, fitting locks, cornices, skirtings, shower cubicle/trays, bathtubs, toilet cubicles and bathroom accessories.-External sheeting (colourbond materials such as custom-orb, mini-orb, multi-line, panel-rib, mesa, and all types of fibro sheeting)-Insulation – fibreglass, vapa-check and sisilation-Use of forklift under instruction-Machining of timber-Use of laser levels and dumpy levels-Installation, repairs and maintenance of buildings and houses on location
