My aspirations are fuelled by a dedication to sustainable progress and responsible environmental management. Growing up with a close connection to the Darling River, I saw the opportunity to apply my natural inclination for analytical problem-solving to the ongoing challenges of environmental sustainability and riverine health. My goal is to leverage my technical knowledge and real-world experiences to create meaningful environmental solutions that have a lasting, positive impact.I have extensively used Python for data analysis, visualisation, and modelling. This is accompanied with my experience in spatial analysis, using ArcGIS and Google Earth Engine for a variety of diverse, interrelated uses. Further familiarity with Fusion360 for CAD, PowerBI for presenting, and Microsoft Office complement my technical knowledge to effectively convey and present to a broad range of stakeholders. Project highlights throughout my degrees include the use of remote sensing to conduct time series analysis and monitoring of dissolved oxygen levels in the lower Darling River, and the analytical derivation, implementation, and comparative analysis of differing reservoir models. A research project involved constructing a coupled heat energy/dissolved oxygen model that predicted changes in dissolved oxygen in the Darling-Baaka with future climate conditions, following the Menindee fish kills in 2023, which occured close to my home in Menindee.Project highlights with the Murray-Darling Basin Authority include the use of statistical and probabilistic methods to develop a framework for the derivation of flow forecasting models. This work assisted EWater holders with decision-making in achieving environmental outcomes in conjunction with the Enhanced Environmental Water Delivery (EEWD) Project
