I started my career as a consultant delivering projects and rising through the ranks to Ops management with P&L responsibiility and O&G sector management / BD roles. Project Director / Manager and Auditor for EHS Due Diligence services with clients in oil & gas and commercial / industrial sector in the UK and Internationally.Leadership and support of the business planning process through preparation of sector analysis, strategy and action plans, considering market potential versus environmental, health & safety and infrastructure services capability. Plan and manage sector development activities to help build pipeline of opportunities and identify future customer trends and emerging issues. Attend client networking events, representing the company at conferences, industry events, supplier forums, delivering presentations and attending and facilitating meetings etc. as required. Travelling locally and internationally as required to support client accounts and project delivery, liaising with operations to ensure delivery against business and customer objectives is being met and attending contract kick-off meetings as required. Provide direction and support to sector related initiatives for product and service development and participation in recruitment and partnership decisions taken.
