As a student double majoring in business management and communication studies in Rollins College's honors degree program, I have expertise in communication and leadership skills that help me inspire others to work at their highest potential. I hold my real estate license in Florida, and the corresponding course provided me with legal, ethical, and professional knowledge to complement my degree. My reputation for excellence afforded me the opportunity to work with faculty at Rollins College to assist with incoming first year students with their college transition. I crafted engaging events, promoted on-campus resources, and managed students through 1-on-1 meetings to make sure they could access necessary resources to begin a successful college career. After this experience, the Rollins College residential life office invited me to speak on a panel for admitted students and families to discuss mentorship opportunities through the lens of a past Peer Mentor. I learned to positively represent a brand and convey their image to nearly 150 people through public speech. Additional certificates in the leadership and marketing field prepares me for nearly any position requiring an effective communicator to bring people together
