- Developed web applications using Spring Framework, Maven, DataTables (jQuery plugin), Thymeleaf, and Git.- Rapid development and deployment of applications in a special enclave environment.- Worked very closely with the business users and managers to understand requirements, create stories and tasks, and deliver results.- Helped lead daily scrum meetings.- Developed, maintained, and performed troubleshooting on shell scripts that wrapped several financial models (SAS code).- Coordinated and executed testing of financial models for SOX and internal IT controls.

Working as an Application Management Professional. I handle L2 support for all production applications within Freddie Mac. This includes being on call, working with L3 and application teams to resolve issues, and overseeing occasional new applications to make sure they are ready to be supported by Service Management.In addition to the normal job duties, I developed a web application that allows business areas to kick off jobs (Autosys) that they own. Previously, they would come to me to get approvals, then I would forward the request to the Operations Center who would actually execute. This new tool saves time for all teams involved.I also assisted with creating metrics for new customer surveys that are being sent out to users that call into the Freddie Mac help desk. This includes reports that are viewed by management as high up as our CIO.This work is in a highly team-oriented environment, however the web development and survey metrics were done on my own. (For the development, there was obviously input from all the stakeholders of the project.)

Designed and developed a web application to allow application teams to start, stop, and check the status of their application servers. Previously, all of this was done by one team, and that wasted a lot of their time.Created a Sybase password management application. This replaced an old tool that was at end of life support and didn't work correctly. It saved Freddie Mac the license cost of the old tool.Built a tool to keep track of the number of licences for middleware in the company. (Apache, Tomcat, Webmethods, Weblogic, etc.)
