While in school I was working as a server at Sunny Street Cafe in Dublin, OH. Once I gained enough experience, I moved on to Ted’s Montana Grill in the Arena District. From there, I worked my way up from a host to server then lead bartender. I wasn’t done there…After bartending for a few years I was promoted to the Hospitality Manager where I managed the front of house staff and was responsible for all liquor, beer and wine orders. Along with coordinating fun classes for my team via the relationships I built with my vendors. After a few years of being the Hospitality Manager I was then promoted to the Culinary Manager. My responsibilities grew exponentially and I couldn’t have been more excited to tackle each and every new challenge that was given to me. Responsibilities such as, managing profit and loss statements, managing inventory, keeping our costs where they need to be and managing labor hours just to name a few! I have recently moved on from this position and looking to spread my wings further and find new and exciting challenges.
