Who I Am: The two attributes that I place at the forefront and seek to uphold the most are my work ethic and my flexibility. I am someone who can work hard to adapt and thrive in a variety of environments and roles. At my core, I am a numbers and logic-driven, analytical thinker, who seeks to uncover and understand causal relationships to bring order to complex problems. More specifically, I enjoy sifting through and analyzing data sets to find actionable insights, especially those that make processes more efficient. What I Do: I am currently a Data Insights Manager at MoneyGram International. I work closely with the business to generate actionable insights around our global portfolio of agent relationships. Additionally, I oversee the efforts to build out our internal data self-service capabilities via comprehensive and flexible dashboards in Looker. What I Want To Do: Ultimately, I believe that work we enjoy is work that we are good at performing. As a result, I succeed in roles where I have been given an opportunity to work hard to develop both technical and interpersonal skills and become proficient in my work. At the same time, I hope to always have plenty of more learning and sharpening of my own skill set to do. Perhaps most importantly, I want to add value to a great organization that cares well for both its employees and customers.
