As a Progression Clerk, the main responsibilities is to Progress All outstanding orders for IESA / Jaguar Land Rover. Liaising with Suppliers on a daily basis ensuring Purchase Orders are due in within the lead time provided.

As part of the Windows 7 Deployment Team, we have a responsibility to ensure all Employees IT Hardware are running with Windows 7 Operating System. To ensure we receive all redundant IT Equipment from each Employee (UK & Europe) and Re-Deploy new equipment out with Windows 7 installed and the relevant software. Responsible for the invoicing / Billing of all UK Shipments via Ocean / Air, ensuring all Documentation was complete and accurate for each customer shipments. Heavily involved in the processes of the daily activity regarding shipments ensuring a smooth and Lean way of working. Also responsible for weekly audit reports on all invoices shipped ensuring 100% accuracy.
