I am responsible for heading up the football research team at Paradine, a role I have held for three years now, overseeing a highly talented team of analysts across all competitions currently covered by the business. It is my role to ensure all pre-match work is completed, edited and published in accordance with deadlines and to a standard that fits company specification, while providing regular feedback to the team in attempt to improve the analysis we are producing.In addition to this I am heavily involved in the recruitment process for any new additions to the research team, designing and producing application procedures to ensure we find the right person for any vacant position.
