- Educated on the core IT certification standards of A+, Network+, and Security+- Work alongside other students to learn new IT material and implement industry standards- Present oneself in a professional manners and uphold soft skills within the workplace- Use of Oracle VM VirtualBox and Cisco Packet Tracer- Network cable and connector terminating

- Desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting and maintenance- User security education, malware threat awareness, and proper security practices- Specialized PC building- Advise users on electronic device purchases and usage- Update and optimize private home and small business networks- SOHO wireless/wired router and switch configuration
