Mr. Simpson is a project officer with experience assisting construction managers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. He has experience providing construction management (CM) and construction engineering inspection (CEI) services for bridge, roadway, rail, and transportation facility projects. Mr. Simpson holds numerous highway and roadway construction certifications, including NICET I (Highway Construction), American Concrete Institute (ACI) Field Technician Grade 1, and from the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), he is certified in Asphalt Field Level I, Hydraulic Cement Concrete Field, Erosion & Sediment Control, and Pavement Marking. He is also certified in CSXT Contractor Safety and Roadway Worker Protection.
