Organized and arranged matches for members. Fielded questions about various events and activities. Oversaw court scheduling and booking for members and for the tennis coaches. Took payments in various forms (e.g. credit card, cash, check) for membership dues. Updated and created spreadsheets.

Fielded questions in regards to procedures and policies. Used a variety of programs for office duties (Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop). Maintained general office cleanliness. Updated archived paper files to electronic system.
