The Project Manager is the central conduit for flow of information between all parties involved in the project. These parties include the client, on-site staff, sub-contractors, interior coordinators, procurement and project architect(s). The role covers all aspects of the project from project programming, detailed decisions on site, H&S, working methodologies, progress reporting to financial monitoring and requesting payments.

· On site management of individual projects from start to completion.· Understanding the project as a whole including; taking ownership of drawings, having a good awareness of budget and working to a schedule.· Being responsible for all on site workers and subcontractors· Day to day advance ordering of building materials· Communicating with and reporting to the office based Project Manager
