Platform Support Specialist
Current- Investigate system failures, performance bottlenecks, and technical challenges to identify root causes and develop long-term solutions- Generate reports and trend analyses to track recurring issues and recommend proactive solutions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Cloud Operations, and Professional Services, to drive continuous platform improvement- Maintain detailed documentation for troubleshooting procedures, system configurations, and support processes- Utilize ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and JIRA to manage incoming requests and ensure proper routing- Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure compliance with SLAs, providing timely updates and post-incident analyses
