I am a research assistant for the Child Adaptation and Neurodevelopment (CAN) Lab at the University of Utah. I am involved with the Child and Family Study (CAFS) investigating the neurodevelopmental effects of prenatal opioid exposure. I received a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Utah in the fall of 2019. I am interested in using mindfulness-based & strengths-based interventions to treat individuals struggling with substance abuse disorder. I have worked as a server at Taqueria 27 for the past 4 years, eventually working my way up to lead server. I love this fast-paced competitive work environment, and I love meeting new people! In my free time I love to practice yoga, meditate, listen to psychology podcasts, and go hiking with my dog!
