CurrentServe as key point-of-contact for existing clients and new clients to ensure all needs are understood and fulfilledReview and appraise client inventory, detailing consignment process, timeline, and expected payoutProactively connecting with customers in other areas of the business (i.e.: wine storage & retail) to drive new business opportunitiesCommunicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints. Liaise with high-value clients on their consignments ensuring all wine is entered promptly resulting in high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
