In the middle of it all, had two other assignments of note: First was as the manager of a national team of more than a dozen Solution Architects who supported the full lifecycle from proposal response through to project delivery and finally operations. We ended up reducing effort for proposal responses and improved the estimating quality through the use of repeatable tools and templates. The second role was the role of Organizational Change Manager where Alec lead the management team as we merged the English Fujitsu Consulting organization to a more common go to market approach called the Named Account strategy. The implementation of this change reduced our operating cost within the fiscal year and positioned the organization for focused future growth. -
