Alec R. Borenstein is counsel in the firm’s Trusts & Estates, Corporate & Business Law, and Commercial Real Estate practice groups. His estate planning practice involves drafting wills and trusts, including revocable trusts, grantor trusts, and charitable trusts. Alec also advises business owners on business and succession planning, including operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and commercial leases. He enjoys educating business owners on the ways in which planning for a multitude of outcomes can greatly benefit the business’s bottom line.Alec proactively monitors the many changing laws that impact his clients daily to ensure plans are updated and that clients remain well-positioned for success, particularly from a tax perspective.
