- Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and Boolean search techniques to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Maintained a consistent amount of contact with new and existing candidates through routine follow-up and status updates to ensure timely and successful placement of candidates and to ensure client satisfaction.
- Partnered with departmental and corporate-level teammates to ensure the completion of necessary documentation relating to placements.
- Ability to negotiate job offers, compensation packages, and other terms with candidates while considering both company guidelines and candidate expectations.
- Staying informed about industry salary trends, market demands, and competitor hiring practices to ensure competitive and appealing job offers.
