I am a professional who is motivated by new challenges. I have always enjoyed solving complex problems, from troubleshooting customer reported issues to developing tools that automate repetitive tasks. To satisfy my natural curiosity and love of learning, I am always looking for something novel and exciting that I can immerse myself in.From customer facing support to back-end engineering, I have spent the last 8+ years working with VoIP systems. During my time as a support technician, I worked with a number of high value customers to develop custom solutions for a diverse range of issues. My experience with CISCO BroadWorks and OrecX Call Recording has given me hands on experience with a number of interconnected systems. One of my proudest accomplishments in my previous role was automating an auditing process that spanned multiple systems and databases, correcting bad data and reducing licensing costs.
