Membership Sales Director
Current*Membership Director of the Year 2023*Top Ancillary Performer 2023 (#3 company-wide)Lead and mentor the Sales Team to achieve monthly membership sales and quarterly net membership goals. Utilize data in GymSales (CRM database) to identify KPI’s and analyze effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies. Prepare weekly and monthly reports to reflect progress and areas of growth to ensure consistent team performance.Facilitate strategic outreach and community engagement to boost lead generation. Drive new and existing leads through the pipeline with personalized communication and follow up. Convert prospects to members through a nuanced needs analysis to customize the best plan, including membership type and additional ancillary sale options (Personal Training, Pilates and Spa). Work interdepartmentally with the Fitness Director to convert new members to monthly training clients, supporting the fitness department revenue as well boosting member retention by delivering fantastic results. Network with members and guests to maximize referrals and ensure client retention. Directly impact the company’s prime directive to gain and retain members for this Chicago based, upscale health club facility.Maintain knowledge of competition and industry trends.GymSales and CSI/Spectrum experience.
