 Advocated at the Living with Kidney Disease and Transplantation event. Supported a wellness booth at the Walk for Kidneys event. Helped in planning the Derby for a Cause event, where we raised a sum of money to help those whom are battling

As part of CPS and Montessori student support services, I worked with parents, teachers and other support personnel on behavior modification plans for K – 8 students.Organized a physical place that provides structure for a conducive learning environment for students.  Employed various instructional techniques based on the needs and capabilities of the students and all individuals involved. Established a positive environment of trust and respect by creating safety plans and organizing the physical space in conjunction with the needs of children, parents and staff.  Provided expertise to teachers and staff through therapeutic models and frameworks, to enable teachers to deliver a more positive environment in their classrooms. Maintained ongoing rapport and open communication with parents, students, staff and the school district to ensure the proper deliverance of established guidelines of support; such as IEP’s and 504 plans.
