During my second internship at Old National Bank, I gained hands-on experience in the mortgage industry, particularly with a focus in data analysis and reporting, customer service and support, and process improvement. I analyzed mortgage loan data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and created detailed reports and visual presentations to communicate findings to management. I also ensured accurate and timely processing of documents to enhance customer satisfaction and also collaborated with the mortgage team to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency in mortgage processing. This internship provided me with a great foundation in mortgage analysis and financial services, improving my analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Here at Maurer Coughlin Wrestling Club, I co-lead practices and work with athletes ranging from age 6-18 years old. I continue to do this during summers and when there are openings in my schedule. Since doing this I have built upon my communication skills and my ability to work with others, teaching youth wrestlers' specific techniques and ways to improve as a wrestler and a person. Throughout my time here I taught and worked with over 5 state champions and numerous state placers in the IHSAA state wrestling tournament.

As a dedicated finance professional, I had the privilege of working with Old National Bank, where I specialized in Merchant Services and Treasury Management. Here, I worked on optimizing financial processes and driving business growth. My role here allowed me to make a tangible impact on our client's success and Old Nationals overall performance. While working with Merchant Services and Consulting, I collaborated with business owners and decision-makers to understand their unique requirements. This involved analyzing their current payment systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, filling out merchant applications, and recommending appropriate payment processing options. In treasury Management, I collaborated with corporate clients and optimized their cash flow management. Providing guidance on cash concentration, electronic banking solutions, and liquidity management.

I worked with teammates and colleagues in a brief summer job before the incoming school year. As a team we worked to move new students into dorms and new living spaces. We collaborated in groups to assist incoming students feel at home while assisting in moving furniture, clothing, appliances, and more into their temporary homes for the new chapter of their lives.
