I am an Admin Assistant/Office Coordinatorat Brady Corporation, where I support the operations and initiatives of the office and management. I handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. I also assist with HR-related functions such as employee onboarding, recruitment support, and maintaining employee records. Additionally, I collaborate with managers and leaders to develop and implement strategies to improve office efficiency and employee support, such as creating a mentorship program, conducting surveys and feedback sessions, and organizing recognition and wellness events.In addition to my current role, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Human Resource Management at Utah Valley University, with a focus on management and human resources. I have gained valuable knowledge and skills in topics such as organizational behavior, strategic planning, project management, and business communication, which I apply to my current role and future goals. I am passionate about learning, growing, and contributing to the HR field, and I seek to leverage my expertise and experience to support the mission and vision of Brady Corporation and the manufacturing and software industry.
