This was long before I even realised it was a thing to do or be.Without realising it, I had developed my own mindset, well being & resilience habits & rituals to help me deal with the everyday and the not so everyday challenges of life.Mindset, well being & resilience are at the core of everything I do. For a long time I thought that these tools were soley for my own benefit. But in 2013 it became clear that these were my gifts to share with others.So through my Resilience Cubed project my aim is to guide, mentor and empower others. The narrative in the main stream and social media, around what masculinity is, is harming men and boys. The stereotypes of masculinity that they have created, aren't serving us. They're helping those that seek to benefit from us not focusing on our well being and living a life on their terms rather than our own. This has to stop.
