Productized and scaled a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) from a functional prototype to a commercial SaaS offering with a global B2B customer base. Led the creation of a novel AI-based feature set that uses operational and environmental data to improve operational and safety performance. Designed and implemented UX improvements (using Balsamiq, Figma) in collaborative discussions with key users and stakeholders. Responsible for North American go-to-market digital strategy.

Responsible for development and execution of Business Unit digital strategy. Included developing and articulating business cases for making large investments into people and technology, as well as leading the change management to update affected processes. Led a team of Director-level thought-leaders and orchestrators within the Siemens O&G community and beyond. We succeeded in gaining alignment on several key topics, most notably on business models and core technology platforms. Drove the adoption of a standardized industrial connectivity solution that would allow for uniform data capture and common run-time environment for applications running on an edge computing device. This standardization resulted in significant savings in R&D spend and faster speed-to-market.Conceptualized and led the development of a first-of-its-kind MVP that was successfully rolled out in a complex manufacturing environment. The business saw a clear ROI through its automation and data capture of inspection and testing scenarios, and subsequent rapid analysis and evaluation.

Product Owner/Product Manager for a deep learning-based natural language analytics offering that allowed engineers in industrial settings to use natural language queries in order to perform basic data science tasks. Starting with business modeling, I led early development with a clear focus on a clean and intuitive user experience, conducting extensive early customer validation workshops in the US and Europe. I then led the development of a functional prototype in collaboration with a Silicon Valley-based startup and used validated learning to iterate the offering and gain early beta customers. The business impact was quickly apparent, as it reduced time to insights from weeks/months to hours/days. Issues were able to be identified before they caused unplanned downtime, avoiding significant negative financial impact.Subject matter expert for Industrial Internet of Things/Industry 4.0 with focus on business models enabled by AI (Artificial Intelligence) and SaaS. Core product development team member for cloud-based industrial platform, which included advocating for the users based on my experience working directly with Fortune 500 customers in the North American market.In addition, I was responsible as Silicon Valley liaison for early development of a partner ecosystem that would develop applications for an industrial marketplace.

Pioneered data-driven services within the company. Led the market roll-out of this new portfolio of services, collaborating with a global team. I led and completed a cross-departmental Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project to reduce order improvement process, modeling extensively using statistical software such as Minitab to support decision-making.
