- Coordinating communication with media representatives, our client(s) and other departments within Gregory Welteroth Advertising- Tracking campaign progress and verifying that campaigns run accurately- Organizing the financial and logistical aspects of campaigns- Assisting in multiple projects for clients and co-workers

- Strategize with student board for member attraction events and communications.- Manage weekly communications to members.- Manage PSU Chapter membership, finances, and activity for PRSSA

- Curate video content and game clips with MLB/ESPN for social media platforms.- Assist with media relations around the event as well as Little League’s content capturing and distribution efforts.- Work with the Little League communications team to create multimedia feature stories surrounding players, fans, volunteers, and other participants of the event for Little League’s communications platforms.- Support storytelling opportunities to promote Little League.- Assist with in-game entertainment, including operating scoreboard cameras, handling videoboard operations, and more.- Track multiple baseball and softball broadcasted games simultaneously.

- Event coordination, setup, break down, and execution of high-profile events. - Customer service, problem solving and organizational support for events.

- Verify change requests from external sources to ensure customer reference data was complete and accurate. - Execute internet research and data qualification of Pharmaceutical Customer Reference Data to support pharmaceutical commercial sales execution.- Phone validation of healthcare professional and organization reference data to identify duplicate, inactive, outdated, and incomplete records.

- Manage game day Twitter feed and Instagram stories before, during and after game play.- Manage and execute Gameday promotion sales, store sales instilling fan involvement on game day. - Assist with all stadium operations and general stadium upkeep.- Provide excellent customer service and knowledge to answer questions at the Fan Services booth for customers and fans attending stadium events.
