Our product, Pivotal, is a GIS-based platform that allows healthcare system planners and real estate developers to visualize and contextualize a number of datasets, ultimately enabling them to make strategic business decisions. Using Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies, I was responsible for managing product strategy, prioritizing the product roadmap and backlog, generating product requirements and documentation collateral, and monitoring product feedback to ensure that key business objectives aligned with customer value and expectation.

Array Architects is a leading architecture and planning firm specializing in healthcare projects across the United States.In my role as Building Information Modeling (BIM) Manager, I provided firm-wide technology management and oversight across 8 national offices with a focus on standards development, documentation, and staff training. I collaborated with local and national teams to improve process and provide best practice recommendations that resulted in overall project efficiency and improved outcomes. In addition, I piloted the firm's first ever virtual reality (VR) program which aimed to utilize cutting-edge technology as a facilitator for the architectural design process.

In my role as Building Information Modeling (BIM) Applications Specialist, I provided design technology consulting and training to a variety of organizations within the architecture industry. I worked with these organizations to understand current process and where pain points or inefficiencies existed, so that we could establish a plan for firm-wide BIM implementation and roll-out. In addition, I assisted with development of standardized BIM content and customized curriculum content for both the classroom and on-site settings.
