Gatwick is Your London Airport. Sold to GIP in December 2009, we are transforming into a lean, efficient organisation. However, independence means we can also concentrate on putting the experience of Gatwick passengers first. I look after Gatwick's e-commerce channels, and consult on online marketing issues across multiple teams and projects. Part of my role is to investigate and educate Management about the future role of Online, Mobile, CRM and any related issue. My day to day tasks include management of PPC, Natural Search, Internal and External Display. I also look after the online commercial relationships. My role at Gatwick is varied and interesting, as under new owners they are interested in any ideas that improve the customer experience, help make flying from Gatwick even easier, or bring revenue generating activities in house. uSwitch.com provides online Energy switching services, as well as offering a range of money and insurance products. I worked for the Money and Energy teams, where I brought enthusiasm and data driven insight into consumer behaviour that was used to improve conversion and revenues.  Analyst and effectively Product Manager for the Money team, with particular focus on loans, credit cards and savings. Lead analyst for the ‘Energy Project’ where I generated highly profitable insight using new analytical tools and methods.  Proactive management of internal relationships with PPC and email teams. I have always been very keen to understand and support their roles as a product team can provide useful insight for search and email.
