Supervise and manage the Beechnut Academy Attendance Department and support the Truancy Program. Oversee the reporting of student attendance to the Houston Independent School District while also implementing the Beechnut Academy’s daily release of students and student status change. Document and file on all students that have violated the Federal and State Truancy laws. Oversee the truancy filing and monitoring of court proceeding in compliance with Camelot and State Texas policy and procedures. Established a collaborative learning environment within the Learning Community that will enhance development and training opportunities to ensure academic goals and objectives for Campus Improvement Plan(CIP) and School Improvement Plan(SIP) are met.

Perform and compile all semiannual and annual reports of textbook distribution, damages and collections for partner school districts for 1200 students. Establish new accounts, as needed with textbook publishing companies and other textbook or resource.

Supervised the implementation of the Individual Service Plan and desired outcomes, ensuring services are delivered as planned. Monitor all activities of the Individual Service Plan at assigned group homes. Assessed needs of assigned group homes, and documented effect of implemented strategies for physical therapy, speech therapy and social work interventions. Train consumers, staff, and volunteers.
