Responsible for shaping and directing the aesthetic brand of New Growth Press and overseeing all aspects of product, production, and marketing design. Primary responsibilities include: • Overseeing the art direction and creation of all book covers • Overseeing the art direction and interior design of all children's books, cover-to-cover• Shepherding the visual language of the overall brand and associated marketing design• Fostering and growing a network of designers and illustrators

Providing the primary visual direction for the flagship, CT magazine, with an emphasis on concepting editorial content, art directing photography and illustration, executing layouts with strong typography and a visual language appropriate to the brand.
