While currently a student at Pittsburg State University studying accounting, finance, and economics, I would love to get to able to learn more through real world situations in accounting. I have always been fond of math, so being able to use my skills through accounting as a job seemed ideal.Currently, my plans are to learn as much as I can through internships in college, while working to secure a job out of school when I enter the work force. Once I graduate, I hope to get certified as a CPA, and possibly return to college for my Master's degree in accounting. I have been thinking about auditing as a career path, and I may consider doing that as a career if I choose to get the necessary certifications. I wish to continue to learn about accounting through people in my field of study.
