*In the global scope promoting supplier sustainability for alignment with Fiskars Group strategy and sustainability goals, managing and implementing Fiskars Group Supplier Code of Conduct.*Leading a team responsible of managing and supporting supplier sustainability globally. The team's responsibilities are:1)Verifying suppliers' compliance with the Fiskars Group Supplier Code of Conduct (labour and human rights, EHS, business ethics, etc.) through auditing and other means for new supplier supplier approval and monitoring of running suppliers, and share results and insights with procurement teams to help making business decisions and managing supplier overall performance.2)Pushing suppliers to correct findings from audits.3)Collecting supplier sustainability data on GHG emissions, waste, and LTA, and supporting suppliers to set ambitious goals, identify improvement opportunities, and promote their continuous improvement. Assess manufacturers and other facilities and analyze their management system to identify root causes leading to social compliance issues. Recommend solutions to the root causes and provide necessary training.*Cell Leader: Leading a group of 8 to 10 auditors.
