Working environment was incredibly fast-paced and demanding, and was necessary to adapt and learn knowledge and skills outside of my background and job description. Had to co-work with countless people from all different disciplines, job-roles, companies, countries, and languages. Had to adapt to a constantly changing environment with an evolving job scope.

Thrived in a difficult high-demand environment with a significant language barrier. Maintained top ranked performance reviews and established myself as a leader in my section. Designed and implemented training programs for English hires. Translated and reviewed operational instructions for new US FAB. Helped to establish the working culture and norms at an international company expanding to the US.
