Key Responsibilities:Client Onboarding & Education: Welcome clients and provide clear guidance on the benefits, eligibility, and compliance requirements of Act 60.Application Management: Manage the preparation and submission of Act 60 applications, ensuring timely responses and approvals from relevant authorities.Compliance Monitoring: Oversee client adherence to Act 60 requirements, proactively addressing potential compliance issues and filing all required documents to maintain eligibility.Financial Collaboration: Partner with CPA teams to review financial statements, confirm tax compliance, and ensure accurate reporting for Act 60 beneficiaries.Client Relationship Management: Deliver regular updates, address concerns promptly, and foster long-term relationships by providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.Key Highlights:Streamline application processes to reduce approval timelines.Enhance compliance tracking systems to minimize client risk and potential penalties.Build and maintain strong client relationships, increasing satisfaction and retention.

-Manage a portfolio of clients, providing ongoing support and consultation to ensure continued compliance with local regulations and optimization of tax benefits, specifically under the Act 60 Export Services & Commerce and Individual Investors Incentives.- Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns for a diverse client base, ensuringaccuracy and a high standard of compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.- Collaborate with the tax team to analyze financial data, identify tax incentives and deductions resulting in reductions of tax liabilities for high-net-worth clients.-Researched and resolved complex tax issues for clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of tax code andregulations.-Conduct client meetings to review tax returns, discussing strategic solutions aimed at minimizing tax liabilities andensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Process bank reconciliations, prepare accounting reports, investigated and resolved account discrepancies. Prepare individual and business monthly, quarterly and annual documentation in order to file returns with tax departments at state and federal levels, including personal property and municipal license tax returns.
