The following step from BTL Manager lead me to a path of more office responsibilities, with a higher emphasis on strategy and critical large scale thinking of projects than individual decisions and implementation aspects. With a larger portion of my time being allocated to presentations, client meetings, budgeting, P&Ls and planning components of projects my focus and development saw a visible increase in thinking big and not getting hung up on smaller aspects that can be tweaked along the way.

My main responsibilities as a BTL Manager at the Publicitarii Ad Agency are client account management for existing clients, project management for the ongoing projects and development for new projects, as well as resource coordination, both human and logistic.

As a BTL Coordinator, my responsibilities were coordinating the field teams for ongoing projects, overall project coordination for current projects, including logistic support, supplier coordination etc., and project reporting.
