Tana Investment Group was conceived in 2007 and founded in 2008. Our business started by mainly acquiring commercial and residential real estate, and operating them as long-term holding assets. Our current portfolio includes a range of properties from net leased retail, office buildings, to residential buildings of 1-4 units.Since 2010, we have also started and grew a debt investment arm, which operates a series of funds to make loans to developers of residential subdivisions and multifamily buildings, flippers of single family houses, and individual buyers of investment properties. In addition, we have made strategic seed investments into companies that are addressing environmental and sustainability issues, with connections to real estate, construction and renewable energy, such as solar technology research, property tech, construction technology and integration of green tech and data management with real estate.

SOAR is a non-profit, non-political, non-religious charity that offers scholarships to impoverished and capable Chinese youths to help them complete secondary education. It was founded in San Francisco in 1995. Over the past 29 years we have given more than 37,000 merit-based scholarships.
