Senior Marketing Operations Specialist
CurrentPlatform Management: • Troubleshooting Tier 2 and above platform issues• Discover, Recommend, and Manage MarTech Platform integrations• Partnering/Meeting with peers & Internal Stakeholders to discuss various needs/issues and how platforms can assist• Support MarTech Strategies - ABM, Streamlining and Scaling Operations• Document & Review processes in Marketing Ops to ensure up-to-date usage/processesProgram/Automation Management• Support contact-level and account-based outreach campaign strategies • Build and maintain a multi-touch attribution strategy that measures the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities across the entire funnel• Working closely in support of the Email/Campaign Specialists in developing and managing campaign processes across all systems.• Review campaign flows and elements for accuracy and deliverability Data Management & Governance:• Improve and Maintain Contact Database Health and Deliverability• Monitor and maintain data quality and data integrity within the marketing database, CRM (Salesforce), and ensure accuracy and minimize bad or incomplete data• Monitor & Support compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA and other global marketing regulations & governance, measure campaign deliverability and IP/domain reputation.
