I'm responsible for innovation within SIPHON, introducing new products and services and the technology strategy of SIPHON, working with vendors and customers to bring innovative new products to market. I'm responsible for the end to end process from concept to the first operational deployment of new products including investigating and developing the opportunities to integrate new products with the existing product portfolio to provide a coherent ecosystem for service providers. SIPHON is a unified communications technology enabler, providing products, solutions, consultancy and support to service providers and enterprises across Europe. SIPHON is a key delivery partner for BroadSoft, Oracle Communications and a Microsoft Gold Partner. We're passionate about good user experience, integration and support.

Move Networks is a triple-play service provider which has capitalised on the rapid growth of broadband technologies by developing a platform for the distribution of broadcast quality TV and carrier-class telephony over closed IP-based networks.

Responsible for all spects of internal IT and support equipment and services from telephony systems to overhauling internal network. Also responsible for systems adminsitration aspects of client systems.

Following the acquisition, moved to the London NOC where I lead the implementation of a new VoIP platform for Mistral Internet.

Responsible for all aspects of solutions design and pre-sales support, engineered and oversaw implementation of various bespoke solutions. Frontier Internet then acquired by Mistral Internet.
