Shortlisting of Applicants as per competency criteria.• Assists Manager HR in developing, organizing and continuous improvement in all HR related areas ranging from HR Policies and Procedures, Compensation and Benefits, Training & Development, Performance Appraisal & Performance Management Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives .• Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations

• To lead the hiring procedure and assessment methods e.g., designing job advertisements, developing competency criteria and effective selection process in coordination with different departments• To carry out employees on boarding process.• To verify and keep record of employment of newly hired employees in management cadre from former employer.• To organize training sessions for both junior and senior management staff Maintain CV data bank• Responsible for on boarding the new joiners, prepare orientation plan in coordination with functional departments• Assist in Hiring, Time Management, Final settlements and Record Keeping• Maintaining and Managing EOBI & PESSI record.

• Assisting Pay Roll Manager in end-to-end pay roll management.• Assisting in execution of Monthly Payroll processing• Maintain new joiner's documentation.• Ensure timely payment of payroll and employee related benefits Maintain employee attendance system on daily basis.• Check an attendance of employees.
